Our various ensembles have presented an amazing array of concert performances for the Rockhampton community for decades, including the popular monthly RCMS concerts in our rooms at Walter Reid. Collaboration has been an essential feature of our philosophy. We have a record of collaboration between our musical ensembles and across the Rockhampton community. Please see our gallery for the many recent examples. Our Christmas collaboration (2019) with Capricorn Silver Band also gave choristers across Rockhampton the opportunity to join forces with Unisong in an outstanding celebration of Christmas music.

Although restricted during 2020, Unisong Choir presented the immensely successful Luck of the Irish Concert on March 8 just prior to lockdown! Stay tuned for the forthcoming concert on August 16 Old is Gold: An Evening of Ghazals and Old Cinema Classics featuring SIDMAK SOUNDS and guest RYO performers. Our RYO Juniors were off to a great start in February 2021 and are raring to perform very soon …

All our endeavours are aimed at developing ensemble skills, whether instrumental, keyboard or choral, while providing performance opportunities within a supportive and appreciative environment. In addition, we always welcome prospective members seeking to cultivate conducting and ensemble leadership skills as well as those who are interested in music but would like to be involved from an administrative perspective.
